Worthy to mention as an alternative: Bitwarden Password Manager. Seems KeePassium and Strongbox share a 1st place! Version 1 format (.kdb) and/or version 2 format (.kdbx). Or even better, is it audited by a trusted third party. And how are these requirements motivated.Īuditing of source code. Of course stable software doesn’t need an update every week or every month, but every three months some kind of being still alive update gives some confidence.
